How do I submit a request to modify my property? 

Simply navigate to the Forms and documents page and select Architectural review request. Fill out the attached form and email it along with the required documents as stated on the form to Hoaoldefieldvillage@gmail.com.   Please include your name and "ARC Request" in the subject line to avoid getting lost in the Email Abyss.

When are assessments due and how should I pay?

Assesments are due twice a year. $150 each half, for a total of $300 per year. Please submit your payments by check or money order to Olde Field Village HOA, P.O. Box 409, Woodside, DE, 19980. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to take electronic payments at this time.
